Buttslade House dating from the late 17th century is in the village of Sibford Gower, a charming Quaker village at the edge of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Accommodation is offered in both the main house and Buttslade House Cottage which is adjacent to the house. 
 
Buttslade House Cottage offers stylish and comfortable B & B and self-catering  accommodation (sleeps 4) in the tranquil setting of a beautiful English country garden. Starting life as stables it was completely rebuilt in 2006, reusing the original stone and tiles, and provides  everything the discerning visitor might require for a comfortable holiday or shorter stopover.

Buttslade House is ideally located for accessing the Cotswolds, Oxford, Shakespeare country and the RSC theatre at Stratford. It is also a good base for cyclists, walkers and golfers (Brailes and Ryehill). Equestrian activities  are well catered for in the locality by a variety of nearby facilities so please ask for more information. 

Motor car  enthusiasts will get excited by The Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon (20 minutes) and  Silverstone race circuit which is about 40 minutes drive.
